The duo, who tied the knot in France July 13, held hands as they walked to the cozy restaurant, with Halle flashing her gold wedding band along the way.
Olivier revealed in April that they are expecting a boy, with the Dark Tide star telling People, "My son will be an American, but I remain French."
It looks like it won't be long before the couple meets their first child together.
Halle is reportedly due this fall, according to USA Today.
