We can totally tell Selena is psyched for her b-day...she hasn't stopped tweeting about it! She tweeted out the video AND several pics. Although we haven't seen a cake yet, she did tweet that she was presented tacos instead. LOL!
Contrary to reports, we're pretty sure her "boyfriend" Justin Bieber won't be spending her big day with her. According to his Twitter account, he's on his way to Canada and she already admitted her party will be in Los Angeles. But who knows with Jelena!
