The expectant parents had been vacationing at the Middleton home in Bucklebury, but the couple left abruptly today. UsWeekly reports they headed back to London around 3 p.m. with police escorts in tow.
There have been some rumors that the Duchess is past her due date, but The Telegraph reports that she was actually always due to deliver today and the hospital staff who will possibly assist her were instructed not to drink for a month in advance!
Even The Queen has been getting impatient waiting for the royal arrival. On Wednesday, she said she hopes the baby arrives before she leaves for her summer vacation in Scotland!
