Miley showed off her tattoo in July, a quote from Theodore Roosevelt's "Citizenship in a Republic" address that reads: "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat."
Liam's ink is also part of the quote, reading, "If he fails, at least fails while daring greatly."
The pic is said to be from Liam's Instagram account, only we're pretty sure he doesn't have one... plus the ink on his arm could be seen in photos taken over the summer when the couple were spotted skateboarding together.
