Before Pink's concert in Melbourne, Australia, a fan tweeted, "@Pink I'm ready with my Bomb. Time to blowup #RodLaverArena B*tch," and was arrested before the show even started. One Pink fan will likely be choosing his words more carefully after he was arrested Sunday night at the Melbourne arena because of a tweet he posted about the concert. Billboard reports that the fan posted the offending tweet just as the singer was taking the stage. "@Pink I'm ready with my Bomb. Time to blowup #RodLaverArena B*tch," he wrote in a now-deleted tweet.
The tweeter's name was not released because he is underage, but police were able to identify him from his Twitter profile picture, managed to locate him in the sea of 12,000 fans and arrested him.
The teen later explained the tweet, saying it was a misunderstanding and that he was referencing Pink's song "Timebomb," which was a bonus track on her most recent album, "The Truth About Love."
"It was meant to be about drop the effects, the music, everything - just drop it all," he explained.
The boy has since been released and is expected to be charged on his appointed court date.
