Do you think Obama should approve it?!Miley Cyrus has to have to best and most clever fans ever!According to The Herald Sun, Miley's fans, or smilers as she likes to call them, have created an online petition that calls for President Obama to switch the United States' national anthem to Miley's "Party in the U.S.A."
"Obama please make Miley Cyrus' Party in the USA our national anthem. It is what is best for this country," the petition says.

Better start signing though! For the petition to be put to the government, it needs 100,000 signatures. So far, Miley's petition has 254 signers...just 99,743 to go!
