According to E! Online, Jelena is NOT back on and the two celebs are still very much single.

All of this comes after Justin and Sel have recently been seen out with out people and were spotted hanging out at the same 4th of July party over the holiday. Bieber confirmed everyone's suspicions that the former couple were partying together when he posted a pic of them together on Instagram.
