Kim Kardashian's trainer Tracy Anderson opened up about how the new mom is planning to get her post-baby body back in shape and whether or not she's obsessing about her weight. Kim Kardashian faced a lot of scrutiny for her pregnancy weight gain, so we wouldn't be surprised if she was jonesing to hit the gym, but according to her trainer Tracy Anderson, the new mom isn't necessarily in a huge hurry."It's a tough time, and a lot of women feel like it's a huge mountain to climb to get back, but Kim, surprisingly, has had the totally opposite reaction to other moms," Tracy told Us Weekly. "She's like, 'We're going to be so good. It's fun, I feel great!' She just loves the whole process."
Tracy also revealed that she thought Kim was going to be really concerned about her weight, based on their talks during her pregnancy, but she says Kim is "in baby heaven" right now and that they'll resume training when the time is right.
According to the mag, they won't start training for another couple of weeks, but when they do, it will be pretty intense starting with four workouts a week and eventually progressing to five or six.
"It will definitely be lots of muscular structure...In the beginning, it's key getting the deep abdominal muscles back and making sure that you get the strength back in the right layers," she explained. She also said that Kim's workout will be designed especially for her body and that she thinks Kim will use this as an opportunity to get her body looking better than ever!
Knowing Kim's work ethic, we're sure she'll have her pre-baby body back in no time!
