"I would never walk out of the house without her approval," Ryan told Extra.
Probably a smart move on Ryan's part, considering his ladylove has managed to become a bit of a fashion icon without the help of a stylist.
Although Blake wasn't on hand for the premiere, the super private couple was spotted grabbing dinner afterwards in the city at Celler De Can Roca restaurant.
Ryan still had on his Blake-approved ensemble, while the former Gossip Girl star rocked a black Chloe jumpsuit with beige Louboutin's, according to Hollywood Life.
