Demi Lovato says she wants to be more like Simon Cowell when she judges 'X Factor.' Demi acting like mean old Simon? We can't see it happening, but read why she'd like to have his more direct approach to judging.
Demi Lovato made the most shocking admission yet--she wants to be more like Simon Cowell?You sure about that, Demi?
To clarify, no, Demi doesn't want his grouchy demeanor or his deep v-neck shirts, she just wants to be more direct as an X Factor judge.
Demi told Heat magazine, "Whatever he has to say, it's the honest truth. Sometimes I don't agree with him, but most of the time he says what I'm wanting to say but, like, I just physically can't because it's so mean."
She added, "He knows what he's talking about, he knows that he's doing and he's gonna tell you straight up, whether you want to hear it or not."
Demi continued, "But then a percentage of my mind is gonna be like, 'Well, he also said that this person was really talented', so it's the opinion of a guy who's very smart and who knows what he's doing, but at the end of the day it's an opinion."
We think Demi's doing just fine on the X Factor--a nice counterbalance to Simon, really.
