The Voice judge Usher Raymond is being sued by his ex-nanny for wrongful termination and failure to pay wages, alleging that she was never paid for overtime and fired after she complained about it.
Looks like Shakira isn't the only Voice judge with a lawsuit on her hands.Usher Raymond is being sued by his ex-nanny, Cecilia Duncan, who claims she worked for the singer in 2010 and was not paid for the overtime that she put in.
According to TMZ, Cecilia says that Usher fired her last September after ignoring her complaints for over a year and never paid her the money she believes she is owed.
She is now suing The Voice judge for wrongful termination and failure to pay wages, among other things.
A source close to Usher told TMZ that the whole thing is frivolous and that her allegations are completely false.
Guess we'll just have to wait and see how this one plays out.
