Rapper and 'American Idol' judge opens up about being bullied back in high school and why she can't handle fake people in the music industryNicki Minaj knows it's not easy being a teenager.

The rapper and American Idol judge covers the latest issue of Teen Vogue and opens up about how she struggled to fit in during high school.

"I would never want to be a teenager ever again," she tells the mag. "You know, adults feel like teens don't have problems. I know firsthand that teenagers aren't always nicest people. They can be cruel and tough, and they can isolate you."

Although she's an adult now, Nicki says the industry can be very juvenile.

"People treat this business like it's high school," the 30-year-old explains. "It can absolutely feel like one big popularity contest, and you know what? I can't be bothered. I can't allow myself to play ridiculous games with grown adults in the industry. I can't be nice to someone just because they're hot right now. I can't do it."

Hmm, do you think she's referring to her Idol co-judge Mariah Carey, who she's been infamously feuding with this season?
