Justin explains in the video for his Girlfriend Sing Off Concert: "My new fragrance is called 'Girlfriend' and I wanted to do this whole idea where my fans will basically take my song Boyfriend and make it into their own 'Girlfriend' version. Make your own version, rewrite it however you want to. I'll pick the best one and fly that person out to one of my concerts and have a meet and greet and stuff. It'll be fun, so make your own video right now. And I love you."

The grand prize winner gets roundtrip coach airfare for two, two nights hotel accommodations, two VIP tickets to Justin's concert where you'll met him, a one year's supply of Justin's Girlfriend fragrance and a signed Believe CD.
The winning video will also air on NBC during his All Around the World special and be in a television commercial, as well as being posted on Justin's blog on the Tumblr site, be on a Times Square billboard and in other retail locations, and on justinbieberbeauty.com and jbfragrance.com.
