Britney Spears is one hot mama!The pop star shows off her slimmed-down figure on the cover of the June 2013 issue of Shape magazine and inside, she reveals some of her weight loss secrets.
"I'm doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio-hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez," she says.
Now that she's getting older, Britney says that it's become much more difficult to stay in shape, revealing that her famous backside has become one of her trouble spots. "I like it, then again, I hate it. I'm in my 30s now, so I have to work harder to keep it 'up,'" she says.
She even confessed that she struggles with cellulite. Who knew?!
Britney also knows that diet is an important component of rocking such a hot bod and that can be especially difficult when you're cooking for kids. "Dieting is tough," she admits, "because my specialties are spaghetti, brownies and chocolate chip cookies."
So, how does the sexy songstress keep her calories in check? Britney says that she's been following the Nutrisystem weight-loss program to help keep her on track.
Although it might be tough at times, all of Britney's hard work is definitely paying off!
