%VIRTUAL-Gallery-174984%The One Direction guys already seem super busy with touring and working on a new album, but it sounds like the promise of three new albums by 2016 will have 1D working overtime.
In the grand tradition of striking while the iron is hot, Louis, Liam, Niall, Harry and Zayn will be pumping out new albums in the near future.
We hope it's quality over quantity, but can't imagine that fans will be disappointed in any way.
Does this mean the boys will ever get much of a break?
We don't want them to suffer boy band burnout, after all.
Look for 1D's third album to come out later this year, with an insider squealing (via Sugarscape.com), "The type of contract the boys are on means they'll receive a huge bonus if they complete the five-album deal by 2016."
The source added, "It is a massive incentive to tough it out, work hard and stick together."
With the demands of a tour, the One Direction guys are recording their album on their tour bus and in hotel rooms--but they're getting it done!
The insider noted, "Everyone has agreed to work as hard as possible and make as much money over the next few years before taking time out to pursue other things," adding, "Everything is being done to make sure the lads are taken care of and aren't overworked."
