We just can't get enough of Ian Somerhalder.So, when the Vampire Diaries star tweeted about the debut of his new web series Time Framed (and the accompanying trailer) Tuesday, we had to check it out.
In the three-minute clip, Ian plays Truman Black, a dashing secret agent on a quest to recover a stolen invention that provides a revolutionary clean energy method.
Truman, who appears to be a bit of a ladies' man, can be seen driving his electric Tesla Model S in a sleek tuxedo, trying not to get distracted by the lovely ladies he encounters along the way.
The eco-friendly role is fitting for Ian, who started the Ian Somerhalder Foundation back in December 2010 to bring awareness to various environmental issues.
"Somerhalder is smart and thrilling," director Sinisha Nisevi said on the film's site. "His real-life passion for the environment comes to fruition through his powerful performance.
