Cory, who checked himself into rehab last month, completed the program and expressed his thanks to all the fans for their support.
The Glee star took to Twitter to write, "Sending out big love to everyone. Thank you for the continued support! It means the world to me!"
Lea seemed to be enjoying the time with her man, tweeting, "Today is a great day :) Love you all! Xo."
When Cory checked into rehab, 20th Century Fox TV issued a statement that said: "Cory is a beloved member of the Glee family and we fully support his decision to seek treatment. Everyone at the show wishes him well and looks forward to his return."
Glad to hear Cory's doing well!
