Arrest...what arrest?After being briefly jailed early Friday morning along with her husband Jim Toth in Atlanta, Reese Witherspoon hit the red carpet premiere of her new movie Mud Sunday night in NYC.
The actress was all smiles, wearing Yves Saint Laurent and posing for pictures with her costar Matthew McConaughey, although she didn't do any interviews.
Reese released an apology on Sunday, saying she's "deeply embarrassed" and "there's no excuse" for her behavior, when she reportedly used the "Don't you know who I am?" line. Reese was charged with disorderly conduct, while Jim got hit with a DUI.
They had a court date in Atlanta scheduled for this morning, but Reese and Jim weren't expected to appear and their lawyer was reportedly trying to postpone it.
