Rebel Wilson had a huge night at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards. Not only was she master of ceremonies, but she also took home a bowl of golden popcorn for herself, as winner of Breakthrough Performance.While the entire night was pretty entertaining, we decided to break down Rebel's top five funniest moments from this year's Movie Awards...so, without further adieu, we give you Rebel Wilson's Top 5 Moments from the 2013 MTV Movie Awards:
Cardio Opening Act
In the Pitch Perfect reunion we had all been waiting for, Rebel and her co-stars perform an awesome opening act, which was a mash-up of many of our favorite songs.
As part of the performance, Rebel did some circuit training on stage...from boxing, to hurdles and everything in between...and it was all kinds of amazing!In one part, she even simulated riding an exercise bike...on top of two of her co-stars!
Rebel's Cue CardsHosting a show can't be easy. There are lots of lines to remember, jokes to deliver right on cue and many marks that must be hit.
Fortunately, the hosts can carry around cue cards that tell them all of them exactly what they need to do and when they need to do it.
In Rebel's case, however, she confesses that her cue cards are nothing more than photos of Channing Tatum's butt...and she holds them up for all of us to ogle.
Double Nip SlipAt one point in the show, we think that Rebel is about to get serious for a second...we should have known better!
During a discussion about body image issues, the host says that she suffers from a deformity of her own. While she is talking, her dress slides down to reveal two (fake) nipples on one side of her chest.
Take that, Janet Jackson!
Cutting Room FloorAs Rebel is explaining why she was only nominated in three categories for the evening, she explains that some of her most stellar roles were actually cut out of the year's biggest blockbusters.
For example, Rebel shows herself as an unwelcome cast member playing "Head Whore" in Les Misérables, Richard Parker in Life of Pi and a pregnant stripper in Magic Mike...with each one being more disastrous than the previous.
X-Ray VisionWhen Rebel brings out her Koala (named "Chlamydia"), she claims that it has x-ray vision and she brings it around to some of the celebs in the audience to get a sneak peek at what they've got going on.
First, she approaches Chris Evans and the koala takes a nosedive for his crotch, which reveals that underneath his clothes, Chris is wearing lacy underwear and is a bit behind on his grooming.
The next celeb she approaches is Quvenzhané Wallis, who is carrying one of her signature animal purses. When Rebel asks what is in there, Quvenzhané replies "a lot of things," but when the koala takes a look inside, it reveals a stash of mini bottles of alcohol.
Chlamydia's final x-ray victim is Jared Gilman from Moonrise Kingdom, whose bag reveals that he brought a beaver along to the show.
Of course, it was all in good fun and while the actors seemed surprised by the jokes, they were all good sports about it.
