Selena Gomez Performs "Come and Get It" at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards (WATCH!)

In the days leading up to the MTV Movie Awards, Selena Gomez teased that the performance of her new single, "Come and Get It," was going to be very "Earthy."

She said it would go along with the theme of the video, which she described as a very organic "Earth, water, fire" treatment.

For the Movie Awards, Selena told Ryan Seacrest that she would likely be wearing her hair in really cool braids and that there would be a lot of fabric.

So, we were a little shocked when Selena stepped on stage in a bright red dress, with her hair relaxed and flowy and proceeded to do a full-on Bollywood-style performance of "Come and Get It."

Either Selena changed her mind about the theme or she was just messing with us!

Still, it was pretty cool...unexpected, but cool.

Now we're left wondering if the video will go along with the Bollywood theme or if Sel is going to stick to her original plan and keep it "Earthy."
