Shaina invited Joe to her college formal in a video that quickly went viral, and he responded with a hilarious and odd video of his own.
Unfortunately, Joe turned down Shaina's invite because of scheduling conflicts, but his video and Today show surprise (and invite to a JoBros show) is so full of win we can't get enough.
In the video, Joe is dressed like a race car driver, lounging with a glass of wine in front of a fake fire. Plus, he trims his eyebrows, shows a little skin, lifts weights and hangs with a saxophone player.
Okay, it's entirely too bizarre to describe, so watch it below.
In the video, Joe says, "Shaina, hello you little thing you. You sassy little thing you. It's your friend Joe.''
While he can't make it as her date, he does offer this invite: "Shaina, you've been holding your weight in this relationship way too long, and now it's time for me to do my part. Please accept my invite as my special guest."
Joe showed up to surprise her on the Today show...in disguise...with an invite to their Chicago show to sit front row on their first tour date.
He told Shaina, "We'll flip it a little bit. You go with me to the opening night of the concert on July 10."
She joked, "I guess that'll do,'' adding, "I would love to.''
