Power couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z are used to being able to go anywhere they want...like Cuba! They just celebrated their five year wedding anniversary there, but now some Florida officials are calling for an investigation.
Two Republican members of Congress are asking the Treasury Department if Bey and Jay violated the U.S. travel embargo to Cuba.
In a letter, the representatives ask for "information regarding the type of license that Beyonce and Jay-Z received, for what purpose, and who approved such travel."
Travel is currently prohibited for tourism purposes, but exceptions are made for journalistic trips or people visiting through travel organizations.
If the couple didn't have a license to visit Cuba, they could be subject to a fine...but we're betting Bey and Jay can afford to pay it!
