When new pics of The Biebs giving his tattoo artist, Bang Bang, a tat, hit the web rumors hit that Bang's parlour in Manhattan's Lower East Side could be hit with a $2,000 fee.
Yikes!
Why the fine? Because all tattooists must be licensed, according to the city's health code, and Justin isn't!
Justin reportedly inked a mouse man on Bang Bang's leg, with the word "swaggy," of course. Click here to see a pic!
Bieber wasn't the first celebrity to make his mark on the famous inker! Katy Perry, Rihanna and Chris Brown have all tattooed Bang Bang too!
