Will Justin Bieber be a new judge on American Idol?

During a recent interview with TMZ, AI head-honcho Nigel Lythgoe said that having Justin on the talent show would definitely be a positive thing.

"Yes, I'm just trying to figure out what he'd mentor on... it certainly would [help ratings]," he said.

He also said that he SO wants Nicki Minaj to judge again next season!

"By me, [Nicki Minaj] certainly will be [welcomed back next year as a judge]," he continued.

We can see why he'd want both of them next season. He has TONS of fans and her drama and diva-ness makes everyone want to watch!
