Justin Bieber's Neighbor Calls Him a "Punk"

Justin Bieber just can't stay out of trouble or the media!

When he arrived in the U.S. yesterday, Justin was slammed with drama when he got into an altercation with his neighbor at his Calabasas, Calif. home.

According to a ABC news report, Justin was riding his Ferrari erratically yesterday through his gated community when his neighbor came out and complained. The incident allegedly grew from there resulting in the neighbor accusing Bieber of battery and threatening him.

The neighbor is now speaking out calling JB a "punk" and saying the incident was very upsetting.

This is just another crazy incident to add to Bieber's list. Not only did he cause all kinds of chaos in London, but he was recently seen at an airport with no worries and no shirt on too!
