Ford wants to set the record straight: They're sorry about the offensive ads that leaked online over the weekend.
The three cartoonish car ads all feature prominent people with women in compromising positions in the back of a Ford Figo, which were intended to showcase the vehicle's large trunk space.
Naturally, the images created a massive uproar online and were decried as demeaning to women.
Of the three drawings, the one that has attracted the most attention depicts Paris Hilton driving a car with Khloé, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian bound and gagged in the back.
Ford has issued an apology for the offensive ads, calling them "contrary to the standards of professionalism and decency within Ford."
Unfortunately for the popular car company, the damage has already been done and simply saying sorry just isn't going to cut it for the Kardashians.
An attorney representing the three sisters told E! News that they "do not take this lightly and they are exploring all of their legal options..."
What do you think of the Ford Figo ad?
