Just last month, Leah Messer (Calvert) welcomed her third daughter, which is her first child with husband Jeremy Calvert.In a new interview with Us Weekly, Leah gushed about all of the emotions she experienced when she first laid eyes on her beautiful baby girl, Addalynn.
"We were amazed -- she was just so beautiful," she said. "She reached out and grabbed hold of Jeremy's little finger. It was very emotional."
Although Leah went into labor five weeks early, mommy and baby are both doing great!
As for Leah's 3-year-old twins, Aliannah and Aleeah, they couldn't wait to welcome their new playmate. "They were trying to pick her up and carry her around," Leah said. "We had to put a stop to that! I think they get the concept now."
While it looks like Leah is sticking with the "A" theme for the first names of her little ones, she has also found an additional way to tie them all together.
Their super sweet middle names all follow a common thread: Aliannah's is Hope, Aleeha's is Grace and Addalynn's is Faith.
And while Jeremy might be a bit overwhelmed as the only man in a house with four women, Leah says that he has a mini-me in Addalynn, confessing, "She looks like her daddy. She might have my eyes, but her nose, cheeks and mouth all look like Jeremy's."
Aw...so sweet!
