Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Wedding Update: A Long Engagement?

For those critics who say she's too young to get married, Miley says, "Life is too short not to be with the person you want to be with."

As for her wedding, she says, "I don't really care about the wedding or the piece of paper as much as I do the promise we've made to each other. And we want to have a long engagement."

It sounds like a wedding date is a long ways off, and while it's not as important to her as the promise, we can't wait to see Miley and Liam's wedding photos.


Miley and Liam are currently living in her family's former home, with Miley noting, "It's really weird [sleeping] in my parents' room. Now it's my room, and Liam is at my dad's sink and I'm at my mom's. It's really strange, but also really cool."
