On last night's episode of American Idol, the final 10 guys performed and 5 got cut, including Mathenee Treco, who crooned 'A Little Less Conversation'.Nicki Minaj was not impressed, saying "It didn't feel current. It felt very cheesy and karaoke!" Ouch!
Gurpreet Singh Sarin also got slammed for his version of James Morrison's 'Nothing Ever Hurt Like You', which left Randy Jackson nearly speechless. "Dude. Dog. Honestly, that was terrible," Randy said. "Honey child, hell no," Nicki added. Needless to say, he was sent packing.
But all of the judges agreed that Burnell Taylor's rendition of 'This Time' by John Legend was stellar. "Literally, today, I would pay to see you sing. The best by far tonight...nobody else was even in your lane tonight, period!" Nicki gushed.
The five guys who made the final cut include Burnell, Cortez Shaw, Lazaro Arbos, Vincent Powell and Nick Boddington.
