Uh oh! Miley Cyrus has some explaining to do!
A new picture has hit the web via Instagram of what looks to be Miley Cyrus smoking weed...again!
If you recall, a picture of "Miley" smoking marijuana was posted on Instagram a few weeks ago too. Miley was quick to say that she wasn't the chick in the pic and that she doesn't even have an Instagram account.
So who is the person in the pics? Who is the person posting the pics?
No one really knows. All we know is that the girl in the newer weed-smoking picture REALLY looks like Miley...tattoos, hair and all!
Miley hasn't confirmed or denied the pic yet.
