The Biebs' didn't show off a girl but his latest ink while out and about in London Monday night.
Don't get too excited though. He got an "X" or cross tattooed on his left arm.

The new symbol is located beneath his previous owl tattoo.
The "X" tat is the latest of his body art collection that includes praying hands, Jesus, a bird, Believe, a hockey mascot, a crow, etc.
We aren't really sure what the new tattoo means or symbolizes but hey, it's cool to see him expressing himself!
