Halle Berry stars as Jordan Turner, a veteran 911 operator who takes a life-altering call from a teenage girl, Casey Welson (Abigail Breslin) who has just been kidnapped and is trapped in the trunk of her abductor's car.
Jordan finds herself in the hot seat, as she must confront a disturbed killer from her own past to save Casey's life.
The film also stars Morris Chestnut, Michael Eklund and Michael Imperioli.
