A black-and-white photo of what has been reported by some to be Miley smoking either a blunt or a joint was posted on Instagram under the account "mileyxxcyrus."
While the person in the pic REALLY looks like Miley, she is insisting she doesn't have an Instagram account.
"I don't have an Instagram," Miley tweeted.
She continued, "Why is everybody trippin. My timeline is blowing up. Everything's all good in my life just in a creative space right now."
It's hard to tell if it's really Miley in the pic. Although, you can see her signature equal sign finger tattoo in the pic. BUT, then again, someone could easily draw that on themselves with a marker.
