Pretty Little Liars airs tomorrow night, but ABC Family has released some juicy photos from the newest episode today! In the new pics, it seems Spencer (Troian Bellisario) is back in the psych ward and she's sporting a mysterious bandage on her wrist. Could she have possibly attempted suicide?!
