There's only one Boss.

Actor Greg Grunberg summed it pretty definitively last night when he said, "If you haven't seen a Bruce Springsteen show, you've never been to a live performance. That's what I always tell people."

Cambio caught up with Greg and a slew of other stars on the red carpet at last night's "2013 MusiCares Person of the Year Tribute in Honor of Bruce Springsteen." Helping us out with interviews was former GRAMMY camper, 18-year-old Cameron Capers, who we can already tell has quite a career ahead of him.

Bruce brings out the best in people, and the stars on the red carpet were full of positive inspiration for future musicians like Cameron. "Never stop putting pen to paper," advised Ben Harper. "Don't be scared to not be good enough." Jack Osbourne hammered Ben's point home. "Don't let anyone tell you you're not good enough," he said. "The Beatles got passed up on multiple times before they finally got signed."

And John Stamos, the "older man" Oscar nominee Jennifer Lawrence recently revealed a former crush on, had a great Bruce story to share. Check it out in the clip above.

(To apply for this summer's GRAMMY Camp, check out the Grammy in the Schools website. But don't wait. The deadline to apply is March 31.)
