Yesterday, President Obama was sworn in for his second term at the White House, but today is the inauguration event at the U.S. Capitol, where Obama and Vice President Biden will be sworn in publicly before a huge crowd.
If you're unable to attend the event or watch it live on TV, there are plenty of websites offering live streaming coverage of the swearing in ceremony, president's inaugural address, and inaugural parade.

The 2013 inaugural swearing in ceremony begins at 11:30 a.m. EST, with the official swearing in set to take place at 11:55 a.m. EST. The inaugural address will be at noon.
President Obama tweeted: "I'm honored and grateful that we have a chance to finish what we started. Our work begins today. Let's go. -bo"
