In tonight's episode of Pretty Little Liars, the liars suspect that maybe Mona's up to her tricks. After sneaking into the basement with Hannah, Mona and Hannah find A's old journal, while Aria stresses over the secret she's been keeping.Mona also decides to join student council, much to Spencer's dismay. Both girls run for Team Captain and Mona sends Spencer a nasty text message warning her to quit, yet Mona later claims she doesn't have cell phone access.
Spencer's not the only one shaken up by Mona: Lucas decides to leave Rosewood High and says Mona is blackmailing him.
When Mona and Spencer go head to head during the debate, Mona ends up winning but the Liars suspect Mona of cheating to get ahead. Hannah tells Mona she's done defending her and she wants nothing more to do with her.
But shortly after, Hannah gets a threatening text from A warning her not cut Mona off. Will Hannah stick to her guns or have a change of heart?
