According to TMZ, Justin's ex-bodyguard, Moshe Benabou, is suing him because Justin allegedly punched and yelled at him while he worked for him a short bit last year.
Yes, you read that right.
The former Israeli soldier is seeking unspecified damages for assault and battery and more than $420,000 in unpaid overtime.
According to the ex-bodyguard, Bieber berated him and punched him in the chest multiple times during a disagreement about how to handle a member of his JB's entourage.
Justin's crew got rid of Benabou when they realized he lied on his resume about working for Justin Timberlake. If you can recall, Benabou was the bodyguard who knocked out a paparazzo at LAX last year...and he's saying Bieber hit him?!
There hasn't been a statement from Justin yet but sources close to him are saying the allegations are absurd and that the bodyguard just wants money.
We don't think Justin would hit or scream at anyone, especially to someone so much bigger than him! Not to mention the dude was trying to protect him, so why would he be so rude to him?
We can't wait to see how this one goes down, we bet it'll get dismissed soon!
